This service is ideal for individuals who value structure, accountability, and consistent motivation throughout their nutrition journey. Available exclusively to members enrolled in our Empower plans.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the start time, subject to a 500 yen cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the start time.
