Meal Plan Cancellation and Suspension Policy

Cancellations and Suspensions of Meal Plans (Easy Plans, My Plans, and VIP Plans) must be made by Friday 7pm, the week BEFORE your delivery is scheduled. There are NO exceptions to this. If you cancel or suspend your Meal Plan after 7pm on Friday, you will be charged the full amount.

To cancel or suspend your Meal Plan, log into the website Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm, and message us via the Chat button (found at the bottom of each page). Please begin your message with the words “Cancel plan” or “Suspend plan”, as appropriate. Clearly state the delivery cycle/day that you wish to suspend (example: “Cancel Plan for my meals to be delivered on Friday, 20-Sep”). We will not accept cancellations or suspension via email or social media.

 

If you are a VIP customer you MUST inform your Nutritionist regarding your Meal Plan cancellation or suspension.

Resuming a Meal Plan Suspension

Resuming a Suspended Meal Plan must be made by Friday 7pm, the week BEFORE your delivery is scheduled. There are NO exceptions to this.

To resume a Suspended Meal Plan, log into the website Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm, and message us via the Chat button (found at the bottom of each page). Please begin your message with the words “Resume plan”. Clearly state the delivery cycle/day that you wish to resume (example: “Resume Plan for my meals to be delivered on Friday, 20-Sep”). We will not accept requests to resume via email or social media.

 

If you are a VIP customer you MUST inform your Nutritionist regarding resuming your Meal Plan.

Missed Delivery and Redelivery

You must be home to receive your delivery.

If you miss a delivery, it is your responsibility to call Kuroneko Yamato at the phone number below to arrange re-delivery. Kuroneko Yamato sends you an email with a parcel number with every scheduled delivery. You will need this parcel number when contacting Kuroneko Yamato.

If Easy Meals Japan staff are required to organise re-delivery, a fee of ¥1000 will be charged to you and must be paid within 24 hours, or your account will be suspended until payment is received.

 

VIP Customers are exempt from this charge for the first instance; if you miss your meal delivery a second time and need our assistance, you too will be charged this additional fee.

 

To have Easy Meals Japan assist with re-delivery, log into the website and message us via the chat button (found at the bottom of each page). Please begin your message with the words “Re-delivery”, and include your parcel number in the message. Please state the day, date and time that you would like re-delivery.

 

Please note: the time you want may not be available, and we may need additional information from you before completion of the redelivery request.

 

You must stay online/available to communicate with our staff. If you do not respond within 5 mins to our staff, we will not be able to assist.

 

Please note Kuroneko Yamato office is open from 9am to 5pm. Outside of these times we cannot assist with redelivery, and the redelivery may take extra time.

Returns and Exchanges:

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if the delivered product is damaged or damaged due to an accident during delivery, or if the delivered product is different from the product you purchased, the same amount of discount will be available for your next purchase. We will issue a voucher. Please contact us within 3 days after the item arrives.
